Q: What are the technical requirements to participate in the event?


A: This event runs on Adobe Flash software, so you need to have the latest version. Click here to download the latest version of Adobe Flash - it's free and only takes a couple of minutes.

How to change the Screen Resolution on a PC:


Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel


Select Display from the Control Panel


Select Settings tab


Adjust the Screen Resolution slider to 1366x768+


Click Apply, then OK

Go to System preferences on the Apple Menu


Click on Displays


Select the Display tab


Select 1366x768 for Resolutions


For best results, please select the highest resolution supported by your system


Q: Can I make sure my computer meets the requirements before I register?

Q: My network is protected by a firewall. Will I be able to participate in the event?

It is possible that you may be able to successfully view the majority of our applications yet not see videos or chat items. This problem can occur because of certain firewall configurations. Firewalls are used to protect your system against malicious inbound traffic, but sometimes they also get in the way of things you want to see, like streaming video. In a corporate setting where your firewall may be hardware-based you may need to speak to your system administrator. For us to successfully reach a computer protected in such a way, we must have access through the Firewall for specific ports. Please open TCP/UDP port 1999, port 80 (HTTP) and port 443 (HTTPS). Q: My network uses a proxy server. Will I be able to participate in the event?

A: It is essential that you not use a proxy server between your computer and our software. If you have a Proxy server, you must create a rule to allow your computer to directly access our servers. We cannot provide media streaming, video, voice or text chat through a Proxy server to your computer.


Q: Can I attend the event using my smartphone or tablet?

A: You will be able to access the chat using a smartphone or tablet. However, presentations will not be available if you use any Apple or Windows device or an Andriod device with Andriod 4.0 or later because Adobe Flash is not supported on these devices. You may wish to consider purchasing an app that enables you to view Flash. We do not recommend or endorse any specific app.
